Our Clients

We provide professional property management services to a diverse client base whose needs can be very different.  Developers, owner-occupiers, buy to let investors and Resident Management Company directors can have very different agendas. Some want to be involved in every decision and some don’t have the time so are happy to leave everything to us.

For this reason we employ specialist staff with specific areas of expertise.  Unlike most managing agents, we don’t dilute our property managers by expecting them to be a ‘jack of all trades’ we give them the time to be coordinators of their team and communicators with their clients and contractors, whilst maintaining the overall knowledge of their sites.

By employing specialist staff we can offer clients a full management service or a bespoke management service through an ‘A la Carte’ menu of Insurance management, Legal services/advice, credit control, accounts preparation, Health & Safety, surveying reports/major works or maintenance services.
